It’s an unfortunate thing to realize that the concept of a real nutrition plan, is rare and hard to come across. The truth is, the fitness and nutrition industry is becoming flooded with gimmicks and quick fixes that actually do not work.
Whether it’s the latest cleanse, strict meal plan, some form of elimination diet – i.e. the no grains, no dairy, no meat, no carbs, or “no something else” diet – they’re all being created more frequently, yet the results never get better.
In some cases, they work for 30 days… The result? You gain the weight back and very likely some extra.
