Reverse Dieting… This is a really hot topic right now, but why? What’s the ACTUAL purpose of a reverse diet? Who is a reverse diet for? Will you gain weight during a reverse diet or cut while you increase your calories?
So many people have questions about a this “Reverse Diet” process… and for the right reasons, we see some insane transformations on social media and while these people are making dramatic body composition changes – they’re also increasing their calories.
But there’s more to the story here than simply adding calories, to get shredded. There’s a long time to be patient and trust the process during a reverse diet. You need to focus on non-scale measurements, work on lifestyle and stress management, be very mentally strong, and have a long-term plan rather than a quick fix mindset.
