Self Limiting Behaviors.

Hey…

You or someone you know NEEDS to read this.

So please, read this MORE THAN ONCE if that’s you and this hits you in the feels.

(and share it, too, because there is someone else out there who may need to read this as well)

I want to share a powerful quote with you for today’s daily dose;

“Your self limiting beliefs are determined by your negative I am statements.

So if you’re constantly saying I am not _____ enough, in your head or out loud to others…

You’ll never be good enough to succeed in your own eyes.”

I’m sure you can relate to that, because I’m sure you’ve done that to yourself.

But if you don’t start reversing those negative I am statements, by beginning to say you ARE enough…

You’ll never get the results you desire and deserve.

Because those statements dictate your certainty and self belief, both of which are undoubtedly the most important aspects of achieving more.

And what this really boils down to, in its simplest form, is…

YOU NEED TO STOP TALKING DOWN TO YOURSELF!

Your thoughts and self talk, fuel and determine your results.

Which is great, because that means YOU are in control and CAN change your outcomes if you CHOOSE to change your shitty attitude towards yourself.

Sounds harsh and I apologize for that…

But there’s nothing I hate to see more than someone repeatedly talking themselves out of winning because they lack self belief and fuel a negative narrative in their head.

It’s honestly not ok.

You are enough.

You are worthy.

You are capable.

PERIOD.

And the second you start believing that (which will be easier once you start telling yourself it more often)…

That’s the second you start winning.
