Without individualizing the plan, we’re left to follow a plan that does not match up with who we are and how we live our lives. This is exactly why people struggle with consistency and adherence – but when we start individualizing all the aspects of our nutrition, specifically calories, we begin to lock in that adherence and consistency.
That being said – we all know that calories do matter and creating the proper energy balance for your specific goal is needed in order to see results. But how you create that energy balance (calorie intake), is the key to seeing results because that’s how we determine adherence and adherence is the key to being consistent! (I don’t need to tell you that consistency is key, again). Today, I break down every single intelligent way of tracking/creating your caloric intake and energy balance – in other words, I show you how to begin individualizing your calorie and macro intake.
