Rigid Meal Plans… you know, eating 6 meal s a day out of plastic containers with absolutely no variety while drinking water out of a gallon jug and acting as if you’re a bodybuilder in the mid 90’s…?
“Ok, hold up. I thought flexibility was the key” Yes… and no. The truth is, meal plans CAN work. But only if you’re in charge of what it has within it and fully understand WHY it’s working (i.e. the macros that make up your meal plan).
When we know WHY the meal plan works, it becomes a flexible meal plan. So although it may be rigid, it can still have the ability to be adjusted – I know, somewhat of an oxymoron but you get my point here.
