So if i take the maximum border of fats: it is around 60 grams when calculating with bodyweight, but around 100 grams when calculating with calories. Should i take the border calculated with bodyweight to minimize fat storage? Because 65 grams is above the max border calculated with bodyweight but below 20 percent of calories
