My name is Emily Ball. I was born in Green Bay, Wisconsin, and now I'm a Pacific Northwest wife and mom of two girls living in Bonney Lake, Washington!

I first heard about TCM through a post in our neighborhood Facebook Page. Cody was looking for a local administrative assistant and as soon as I read through the TCM website, I knew I needed to connect with him. I joined the team as the administrative assistant in June of 2021 and witnessed firsthand the dedication and passion of our coaches. Fast forward a couple of years and I am proud to be a Nutrition Coach with TCM!

I am passionate about getting to know my clients, creating a strong relationship built on trust, and holding space for whatever may come up throughout our journey together. My background in education and integrative nutrition allows me to combine a holistic integrative approach with evidence-based nutrition and fitness protocols. These ideas go hand in hand to help clients not just accomplish goals, but also make meaningful lasting change in their lives. Nutrition coaching is so much more than just creating a solid nutrition plan - it's about mindset, lifestyle, habits, healing, and beliefs. And I'm here for it all!

My goal is to empower clients with the knowledge, tools, and self-belief to create the mindset and build habits that push them to be the best and most authentic version of themselves. I want clients to feel confident in who they are and release the limiting beliefs that hold them back. I am here to encourage clients to trust that they have everything they need to make the changes and accomplish big goals! And the best part is those big goals look different for everyone. Maybe it’s dropping 20lbs, running a marathon, getting comfortable lifting in the gym, or crossing the finish line at an Ironman triathlon. Whatever it may be, I am here to help you make it happen!

The best thing about coaching is having a front row seat to watch my clients do big things. Together we work to strip away old narratives, behaviors, or habits that hold clients back from being the person they want to become.

I know first-hand the impact of putting yourself first and building the habits that foster a healthy lifestyle. It’s not easy, but things that are truly rewarding rarely are. It's an honor to walk alongside others in their journey!
