28:25 – “I have a question about nutritional periodization when doing 3-4 weeks in a deficit and 1-2 weeks in maintenance. Do you go straight to estimated maintenance or do you slowly increase and spend 1-2 weeks there? Also, in the 3-4 week deficit, do you include any refers in those or plow straight through?
