Today, I need to bring some fire into your world.

Something to light a fire up under your ass and get you going.

And it’s not just for you, it’s for me too.

See, we ALL need motivation. CONSTANTLY.

And it’s so damn true.

It doesn’t last.

Neither does self discipline.

That’s why we need to practice it constantly.

And both motivation and self discipline grow off one thing… ACTION.

The more you take action, the more motivated you’ll be and the more results you’ll see.

That’s why to a client the other day, I told him:

“Consistency gets easier when you see what it can do for you.” – Me

As you’re consistent, results show.

As results show, it becomes easier to stay consistent.

But it’s all based on action, right now. Today. Here.

And it’s Monday… which means it’s the pivotal day for you to take action, start with a bang and make shit happen.

Because today sets the tone for the week.

And the reality is, if you DO NOT do it now… you just won’t do it.

Putting things off or saying you’ll do it tomorrow or next week, is the worst thing you can do.

Because procrastination kills motivation.

I have 3 questions to pose upon you that will dramatically change the results you see in life, but only if you take them seriously:

#1 – What do you want?

Take this seriously.

With your body, your mind, your relationships, your business… your life.

What do you want?

#2 – What excuses are you making that are stopping you from chasing that? ⬆

We all have 2 reactions to a situation…

Make an excuse.

Which leads to lack of action, results, or progression.

Create a reason.

Which leads to pushing through resistance, taking action, and seeing improvements.

But you can’t create reasons to move forward without identifying your excuses.

#3 – What, When, How?

If you can determine what you want…

And then eliminate the excuses while creating reasons…

There’s just 1 thing left to do.


Which means you need to know WHAT, you have to decide WHEN, and you need an exact roadmap to the goal, or simply put… a HOW.

It’s Monday.
