2.) Write out the biggest stressors your face on a regular basis.

3.) Write out what drains the most energy from you on a regular basis.

4.) Who will you be if you accomplished #1 and removed some of or all of #’s 2 and 5.) Where in your daily life can you get better or create more productivity?

6.) What is your short-term goal? Think 30-45 days.

7.) What is your main outcome? Think 90-120 days.

8.) Have you considered the step-by-step action plan to get there?

9.) What is your plan for after you’ve accomplished these? How do you sustain?

10.) What is your accountability source to keep yourself taking action?
