25:15 – I will be undergoing arthroscopic shoulder repair surgery and will be in a sling for 6 weeks. During my recovery I am going to be very limited in my ability to resistance train. What exercises would you suggest that I can do safely to maintain my muscle mass as much as possible during those 6 weeks? Also, do you have any suggestions on how to adjust my macros while recovering?
