2:45 – I asked you a question a while back regarding maintaining strength post-surgery. The surgery is actually tomorrow and I’m getting curious about the effect it will have on my nervous system while recovering. I figure it will be a lot of stress on my body. Other than taking collagen supplements, is there something else I should consider taking to help my recovery? I know you went through knee surgery so I’d love to hear about your recovery experience.

10:30 – I know that you utilize social media to provide content that can eventually lead to business. Do you have a particular schedule/routine that you have for yourself to do this productively without falling into the trap of just scrolling for no reason?

20:10 – How are you able to stay productive with your business while being a father?

25:20 – With cardio variation is doing the same (stair master) but mixing up what you do on it, is that enough variation to keep from adapting so much? Example: One day just steady, next day doing intervals going from fastest to slow pace every min, then next time going on and off holding on the machine to get heart rate up. Or should I still try and mix up to some other form to not adapt as much?
